Landscaping with complete soil replacement

Planting, rockery, raised bed, turfing

The originally clayey soil was filled with several cubic meters of clayey debris, which had to be replaced throughout the area. Following the introduction of new, impeccable soil, the previously constructed fence base was raised due to the differenct terrain levels of neighboring garden. We built a rock garden on the terrace, a high bed for spice- and vegetable gardens, set up an automatic irrigation system, and planted evergreens on the borders. The beds and the lawn were separated by concrete pads. The beds were filled with evergreens, dwarf evergreens, ornamental grasses and perennials that bloom from spring to fall.
